HIIT workout Friday!

Hey guys you got at least 20 minutes? Give this a try: 

Jumping jacks- 30 sec
Push-ups-12 count (yes lady push-ups count too) 
Mtn climbers- 30 sec
Plyo lunge- 15 counts ( jumping lunge) 
Side plank with side twist- 10 counts 
Wall sit- 30 sec 

As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) 
* take 10-15 sec rest breaks between each set. 
* should do as many rounds as possible within 20 minutes. 
* sorry no pictures or video demo for exercises. Quick references for; Mtn climbers, plyo lunge, wall sit, plank twist can be found on YouTube. There are modified versions of plank twist... 
* Disclaimer! If you have never tried HIIT, if you are pregnant, just had a baby, or have any medical conditions what so ever please be safe guys and talk to your Doctor first!
